Registry for COVID-19 in the Emergency Room (ReCovER)
Patients with COVID-19 reveal highly variable clinical courses and are therefore often treated differently in hospital settings (i.e. on wards or intensive care units) and outpatient care. Often, the decision of admission vs. discharge has to be made by the specialists in the emergency department. However, reliable outcome-relevant risk factors and prognostic factors have not been established yet. The Registry for COVID-19 in the Emergency Room (ReCovER) aims to overcome this lack of knowledge.
